I had the pleasure of working with Eric Miles, from the very beginning of planning our trip ( Dubai, Singapore & Bali) he was very polite, professional, understanding and helpful. My 3 friends and I had many many questions ( I was the lead person he spoke with) He answered any and all questions and concerns we all had. He made himself available to have conference calls with us, so that if I wasn't answering their questions correctly he did. After all of the headaches we probably gave him, Eric never wavered or got upset or frustrated. He stayed professional, patient & understanding. He has put together for us a fabulous trip & itenanary with everything we will need for our fabulous girl's trip and our friend 50th birthday celebration . Thank you Eric Miles.
