It was easy to make the booking for a mini package (event tickets, 2 nights accommodation and transport between hotel and venue) with Travel Compendium.When I contacted them with a query, I received a helpful reply without undue delay.However, I cannot comment on how the practicalities of the break would have been handled or how efficient, or otherwise, the organisation of the included transport proved to be, because I was unable to take the trip as I'd been unexpectedly admitted to hospital.In addition, I was informed that the Ts & Cs of the booking precluded any refund being given.
