After taking with an agent, I was told that I would receive 3 emails within the next 2 or more hours. I purchased a plan on 7/29/2025. Today is 7/30/2025. I received only one email regarding my policy payment. In addition to this one, I was to receive an email regarding my enrollment and also a policy. I have not, as yet, received the two(2) additional emails.I called the 800 number for customer service and secured a later time to be called back by an agent. It has been over and hour in length and I have not received any calls back.
