Booked a group trip to Sorrento with travel department. The tour would have been enjoyable however we did not get any sleep due to bed bugs in our room. Hotel staff were very rude and refused to change our room at first. We eventually got changed and had the same problem in our second room in fact, it was probably worse as in addition to the bugs we were awake all night with the people next door screaming arguing every night. Travel department rang us once to check in after our complaint about the first room but stopped replying when we told them our second room was the same. I have emailed since but not received any reply since the trip ended.
