Our trip happened to span the outbreak of the war in the middle east. This is where your company really came into its own. All flights were cancelled travelling through the middle east and so Caroline stepped in to support us and really showed herself to be beyond expert and passionately caring for us. She did this in such a kind and caring way, while still remaining pragmatic and keeping us calm. Caroline was truly brilliant to deal with.
