Sydney was unprofessional and unresponsive to errors she made, many unanswered phone/text messages. We were booked for a full day tour on a specific day according to our itinerary and driver and guide showed up a day early and Sydney was nowhere to be found, we lost two hours of our tour without an apology or follow up, as to her lack of attention to detail in planning our itinerary. Perhaps she should gear her market towards less mature inexperienced travelers who are more willing to oversee careless expensive mistakes

We're a small group of folks that started Traveler's Joy on a stoop in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. However, it all really started in 2003 with the serendipitous meeting of our founders at the first overnight hut of the Milford Track in New Zealand.
Taking the company from a muddy hike on the South Island to the world's most popular honeymoon registry in a few short years required a lot of work. Luckily we have the best team in the world! Traveler's Joy continues to grow into a new decade and we're all very excited at what the future will bring.
