My travel agent Jason was very patient and understanding to my requirements. He had to search for two tickets one leaving a week before and both of us coming back on the same date. I explained that we didn't want lang waiting periods in transit at airports as both of us are disabled. He did his utmost to plan our trip to South Africa in October from Manchester.
