I waited for my cash home delivery. When the time slot expired, I rang and was told by Travelex that their delivery agent was running a day late (the Post Office). I was offered to collect my cash at T4 Heathrow on departure. On arrival at T4 Travelex there, they found my order and my cash, but could not release as the computer would not process pick up. Some 30 mins later and only when my flight was called did the staff go get a manual print out for me to sign. There were phone calls by staff to travelex computer experts, resetting of computer but still the staff said they could not give me my order, even though the references checked out and the cash was in their drawer. Eventually they had to as I was now in danger of missing my flight or going without my cash. It was a stressful debacle and I would not use Travelex again, either for home delivery or airport collection. Travelex is simply not reliable, and had no plan b when their computer forms would process correctly. The customer suffered. Poor performance, not even a 1 star. 0 star
