This is the 13th time I have used Travel FX in the last four years and I've never had a problem before...delivery on Friday 13th however turned up an unexpected surprise.

Given the Euro is the world's second most used currency at this present time I would image there are plenty of lower denomination notes to go around just not for me it appears.
It also appears I would have to return my order at my expense and re-order with no guarantee the same thing won't happen again. A very disappointing experience and one I'm unlikely to be repeating.
I did politely try to reason with Travel FX that the order they sent was somewhat unreasonable but they responded twice that I didn't specify so it's my fault. I find the lack of common sense and customer care disgraceful.
I don't know a single holiday maker that would be pleased with 75% of their currency in big notes.
