Absolutely most stressful booking of a holiday I’ve ever been a part of. Would not recommend. They confirmed our dates in Spring of 2025 but then in January 2026 (only four months from our trip) they informed us they’d actually failed to secure our dates. They tried to offer us other dates a week prior but that didn’t suit us as they were outside of the school holidays. Communication has been stilted and difficult being only through WhatsApp and when we’ve quite rightly asked for a refund, they are still no further forward actioning that despite the error being theirs and them not being able to offer the dates we need. Every day is “we will get back to you by the end of the day” - they informed us on 7th January and since then there have been ignored messages, empty promises of calls and suggested alternatives that continually don’t match our requirements. Full refund still not returned now on 4th March and it’s just gutting to have to still be chasing them when we want to just have our money and book elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!
