I decided to leave this review because of my experience with Grace, who contacted me with two holiday offers. After reviewing them, I informed her politely that I had found another holiday elsewhere, as her prices were higher.After this, she repeatedly asked me how much I had paid. I kindly answered, but she continued to message me, asking whether I had finalised my booking and insisting further, At one point, I had to clearly ask whether she understood my response.Eventually, she accepted my decision, but later contacted me again asking me to leave feedback to help her and specifically requested that I mention her name, “Grace.”How can I leave a feedback for someone I dont done deal with and more of that continued to be unprofessional. Because of her persistence, I feel it is important to give honest feedback. I found her approach disturbing and unprofessional. When a client clearly explains that they have chosen another offer and the booking is completed, further contact should stop out of respect. Continuing to message after that is unnecessary.I believe better training in customer communication and boundaries would be beneficial.
