From start to finish Melanie could not have been more helpful. At the start of 2024 she helped me plan a trip to Krakow, which I had seen on their page on Instagram...however we didnt manage to go. Fast forward to April and I reached out to her again. Everything from finding suitable dates/flights/hotels was done with pleasantness and patience. She answered every question promltly and made sure the trip met all our needs. Once we got the perfect trip, booking was simple and straight forward.
