Where do I start with this company...after there mistake of booking us the wrong tickets for a football game they tried to blame there mistake on me....eventually after 10 days of me commenting and threatening legal action they agreed to refund me...They told me I would have the money in my bank within 7 days.....5 weeks later and its still not been paid fully....I dealt with Melanie who asked me very quickly after me booking to put up a good review about her.....which I did at the time but looking back I should not of been asked this...it should be optional...They told me this morning on there Facebook page I would have the money by the end of the week but txt me privately looking for bank statements when I said they had them...they blocked me.....I would not recommend this company to anyone. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD...ID advise people to book elsewhere
