A very bad travel agency that used a system that cheats the customers The day before we had to travel we had’nt heard anything. We decided to choose seats just to be sure that we had seats if the flight was overbookedWe Got an error message. Although the agency had booked 4 x checked in luggage, 2 x cabin luggage and 2 x handbags on our return flight and charged us over 800 danish kr extra We only had 2 x checked in luggage.
