My flight was cancelled 3-4 days earlier and company didn't inform me from this as they should. Got informed by air company service on check-in desk 3 hours before planned take-off. Phone application should offer you alternative route in these situations, but it showed the cancelled flight still active and because of that I couldn't get new flight.Company has only a bot chat -option and very jammed phone customer service. I had to search for the number quite a long time, websites didn't show that to me as it should. Called there like 3-4 times, every time 20-45 minute queue and had to explain the situation again. Apparently they didn't have numbered system so you could continue from where you left last time. Customer service was slow, expensive for me and unsure if things get even done. Eventually got a tiny refund.Would not suggest company in any situation.
