I have still to receive my money/refund. I do not recommend travelling with travellink. Their costumer service is nonexistent. It has been over 6 month. We travelled in august, and one of our flights got cancelled because of a typhoon. I have contacted the airline directly, however I have to get my refund through travellink. Travellink is aware of all this, and still does not ensure, that I get my refund.
