Crapy company with lousy service, only the stupidest of chat bots and when you finally get to talk to a person its someone on a call center with no actual possibility to change anything. High commission and low refund even if you pay extra for refundable tickets. It's a one sale company.I´ll file a complaint with the Swedish the consumer ombudsman, but I doubt this kind of company will care. Avoid at any cost!
