Too bad I cannot give zero star. Useless app (it processed a refund request that I never submitted!) and useless chat service. The agent I was chatting with was totally incompetent; after I explained to her the problem with the fact that one of my flights had been cancelled by the airline, she responded after 5 min: "I am sorry to inform you that one of your flights had been cancelled by the airline!!! Really!. She kept writing "I am sorry with the inconvenience" (she wrote it at least 5 times). Goodbye Travelink. I will never use them again
