To cancel the trip it was impossible , to use the insurance I paid incase I had to cancel was impossible and nothing was solved Could not get any actual help . Their customer service staff talk like they are helping you on the phone and keep saying “so sorry you are facing this but we will solve it for you within 24/48 hours “. My time expired,my date of travel was at hand and I still had no boarding pass or any kind of confirmation. Stay away fromTravellink. Book directly with the airline companies.
