I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. On 5/24/2024, I reserved three tickets (Reference Number XP615333) for a flight that was advertised at a certain price on your website. Shortly after, I received a call from your representative who informed me that the tickets were no longer available at the advertised price and that the only option would be to pay an additional $300 per passenger, totaling an extra $900.I requested to cancel my reservation immediately upon hearing this, as the price was beyond my budget. However, I was informed that canceling the reservation would incur a charge of $125 per passenger, amounting to $375, even though I had not yet received the tickets.This practice is misleading and seems to be a classic bait-and-switch tactic. To add to my frustration, I was able to book the same flight at the originally advertised price through another agent within minutes of canceling with your company.I request a full refund of the $375 cancellation fee as I feel it was unfairly imposed under deceptive circumstances. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from Traveljunctionus. I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from them.
