I stayed at the hotel in the town center and put out the cleaning sign twice over two days, yet my room was never cleaned. I had to take care of emptying bins and getting toilet paper from the reception. When I informed the staff, they seemed uninterested. I wrote a letter and received a response apologizing for missing the cleaning sign. The reception can provide basic items, but the cost per night is very high compared to other places, and I had to pay for Wi-Fi, which is usually free elsewhere. I'm not willing to pay such a high rate to do the cleaners' work.
