The rate wasn’t the best, so I mentioned that the bank offered a better one, and the staff member quickly checked their online rate, which was indeed better. She guided me through the online purchase process, which was straightforward and quick, while preparing my cash as I finished. I had a short wait after completing my online transaction, and I cannot praise her enough for her excellent service. Very friendly and welcoming, and she remembered me from my previous visit. I will certainly return whenever I need to exchange currencies and will highly recommend this service.
