Amazing, Brilliant. I'm so pleased that we booked with Travel Nation. Our flight to Brisbane was cancelled. I tried for 1hr 45mins to speak to Quantas who hung up 7 times, whilst I waited in a queue.Olly and his colleague Ruth came to my rescue. Rejected a ridiculous offer from Quantas. They came up with the perfect solution. We are sad to miss out on our adventure in Brisbane but we'll see what Melbourne has to offer.I would definitely use Travel Nation again.
