I had an awful experience. I booked through booking .com and nowhere on the booking information did it say there was an extra charge for the swimming/ entertainment while we were there . When I messaged an said I wasn't happy about how much it would cost , £75 for 4 days I was told " well if you'd booked direct with the site it would have cost double , so it's not a lot of money !" Disgusting customer service !!
