We just returned from the Loire Valley Tour with Christy & Remi who are knowledgable, warm, and fun guides. We loved visiting the 6 chateaus, tasting many local wines, enjoying a wonderful meal with Chef Christophe at his restaurant, participating in a cooking class and cheese tasting with Chef Damien at his restaurant and, on the last evening, learning from Master Chef Angelique and Meilleur Ouvrier Master Chef Christophe at their home. Wow, what a wonderful way to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! Thanks, Christy!
