Worst experience i wanted to cancel my flight because of my grandma death and they are asking for unnecessary documentation although I have provided the hospital report and death confirmation. It’s still in process and they are not refunding the money. In this hard situation they every time ask for a new supporting. I have cancelled other flights as well they understand the situation but here they are not refunding and just asking for further support in this hard time. Previously I gave 5 stars but I didn’t knew they are not flexible.
