There are two points to discuss:
1. The agent was very aggressive for us to buy the ticket,
and force us the pay right then while she is on the
phone. I did not like this mode of business.
2. She told us we can change cancel the reservation
and get the refund within 24 hours of the booking.
3. My family member did not want to travel in today's environment and decided not to travel hence I called within in 24 hours to cancel the reservation but found she was not in the office. But i told the person who answered to cancel and was told that he will put the request and at the same time he will have her call me.
4. She called next day and refused to cancel the travel plan and denied all the parts of our conversation.
5. I was disappointed and will never use the travel agency again and I hope no one else will use them for their travel needs.
