I recently booked a tour to Sikkim with Travelotouch, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. From the outset, the trip was plagued with issues that significantly dampened our travel spirits. I have four month old baby who suffered a lot due to disgusting management of travelotouch staff Ashok, Rahul and the owner manoj bisnoi.Firstly, the itinerary provided was misleading. They are not even aware of the locations and the travel time of the tour. This showed a clear lack of communication and planning on their part.Transportation was another major issue. The vehicles provided were old and uncomfortable, and the drivers were rude and careless causing us to miss scheduled activities. Additionally, there was little to no coordination from the tour guides, who seemed inexperienced and uninterested in providing a memorable experience.Customer service was abysmal. Complaints and requests for assistance were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Travelotouch.Overall, my Sikkim tour with Travelotouch was the worst travel experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise against using their services if you want a well-organized, enjoyable trip.
