The platform is marketed as a solution for travel advisors, but in practice the prices are significantly higher than major OTAs like Booking or Expedia, making it very difficult to sell to real clients.There is no clear refund policy published on the website, and more importantly, there is no visible way to cancel the subscription from the user side. I did not receive access to a Stripe customer portal, nor is there a cancellation option inside the account. This lack of transparency is a serious issue.When you realize the platform does not meet your expectations, you are effectively locked in unless you contact support and hope for a response. This is not acceptable for a paid subscription service.I would not recommend this platform unless they improve pricing competitiveness, transparency, and provide a clear and easy way to cancel subscriptions.
