Absolutely abysmal customer service - looking at the reviews all they can say is you booked through previous owners!
Not helpful to anyone at all, due to travel to Dubai in 4 days and been contacting over Facebook, phone and email with no reply, our flights have been cancelled and refunded, FCDO advises against travel and under Consumer Rights Act 2015, my legal contract is with the business i paid for the goods or service, not the manufacturer or another party involved.
That means:
• If something goes wrong, the seller you paid must resolve it.
• They cannot force you to deal directly with the manufacturer or supplier.
• Your rights (repair, replacement, refund, or service correction) must be handled by the trader who took your payment.
