My recent pilgrimage to Madinah, Makkah, and Jeddah with Travels and Travels was very well organised from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, and the whole experience was comfortable and stress-free.The 5-star hotels were excellent clean, spacious, and close to the holy sites. In Madinah, we were only a 5-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, and in Makkah, the Kaaba was within walking distance, with a coach available right outside the hotel. A lovely breakfast buffet was included each morning.As someone performing umrah for the first time, I found the guidance from the sheikhs really helpful. They explained how to perform Umrah clearly and step by step. Travels and Travels also handled our visas, gave us a detailed itinerary of what to expect each day and kept everything well organised.Travels and travels arranged visits for us to many sacred sites, including Masjid Quba, Uhud Mountain, Mount Arafat, and the Rawdah where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is buried as well as local markets and shops. In Jeddah, we enjoyed a relaxing boat ride and some time to explore the city.Overall, Travels and Travels provided excellent service and care throughout. I’d highly recommend them to anyone planning their pilgrimage.
