This is a terrible fraudulent service that I mistakenly believed was affiliated with the Thai government. They intentionally present themselves in that manner. They charge $50 for a digital arrival document that is available for free on the official Thai government site. I am requesting a complete refund from this unpleasant fraudulent service.
