Keep clear at all costs. If there is any problem it is impossible to contact them. There is no phone number anywhere for you to speak to anybody. There is only a customer service email given out. Do not bother trying that - emails are just ignored.In booking a hotel and parking car package their system at some point altered the date of stay for us. When we picked this up we contacted the hotel who said there would be no problem in changing the date but get Travel Supermarket to do it as they insisted all alterations had to be done by them. Should therefore be easy but we were totally blanked. Three email messages just ignored. They have taken their cut of the booking and as far as you are concerned they have no interest in any contact with you. Be warned - expect no help at all.
