Phoned this company to book a “cheap “ holiday. Spoke to Edmund. He gave me price that I was happy with. Took all my information then took payment. I received an email and the cost had increased nearly £200. He told me it was an intermediate payment but had failed to mention this in the total amount of the holiday- if he had I would not have gone through with it. He then went on to tell me he wasn’t “supposed to “ cancel the booking. Then kept saying “ I’ll talk to my supplier “ . Offered me a free transfer! Continuing to refuse to cancel the booking. Admitted that this wasn’t my fault as he hadn’t given all the information then denied saying that. I asked to speak to a manager but was told none work on a Sunday. I’m absolutely furious and would avoid this company.UPDATE:I was called the next day by another supervisor. He then tried to sell me another holiday! He told me that the payment had not been put through the previous day and he wanted to complete the sale with me. Then asked me to remove my review. I didn’t book with them as I feel their service was unreliable. I then received further calls and texts from them apologising but also one informing me that they had managed to cancel my holiday with the supplier without incurring any charges! So I’m not sure who to believe. However I went on to book with another company at a better price.
