@travelup1 WHERE IS MY REFUND????? You said it will take 4-6 weeks to get my refund after deducting booking fees from flight that was cancelled by Qatar Airways. Qatar Airways asked us to request for a refund from the travel agency yet you decline to provide these refunds. I intended to travel with a group of people. Some used world fares and alternative airlines to book the same trip / flight through Qatar Airways, their accounts were immediately credited when they requested for a refund. Why is my funds still being held for a flight that was cancelled? Why do you keep blaming the airlines when the airlines have asked you to return the funds? Why do you insist on damaging your repetition by holding funds that do not belong to you. You are stating processing times differ for agencies but other agencies have returned funds to their customers. What is the real issue here? Why the lies and the delays?
