Easy to book, however airline changed flight dates which are not acceptable so trying to cancel through the airline and TravelUp. No response to emails from TravelUp or Norse, Been on hold 3 times now for a total of over 6 hours and been hung up on twice without it being answered. When I did eventually get through only to be told that he (Samson) has messaged them and I will receive an email. No email received. This is sooo frustrating as I can't rebook with another airline until I know that the flights are definitely cancelled but Norse Airlines are as bad at communicating as TravelUp. Will not be dealing with either of these companies again, they are a disgrace 🤬
