Worst service ever! I would warn you this is a bogus website. Even if you are entitled to the refund, they would just keep it and shut up and never ever reply to you. Their website is unusable from any other country and the support number never get through. They would never reply to you no matter what channel you go through.
My flights were cancelled by the Airlines amid war and they confirmed that they have refunded as they had to cancel. The refund goes through the Travelup and they just have kept my money and do not reply to me at all.
