I went ahead with this travel agency out of complete faith, assuming transparency and fairness would be a given. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong.We were grossly overcharged for the trip, and only later discovered the shocking difference between what we paid and what things actually cost. There was zero transparency in the pricing, no proper breakdowns, and any questions we asked were met with defensiveness, arrogance, and even personal attacks. This was not only unprofessional but incredibly disheartening.What makes this even worse is that I’ve known them personally, and trusted them blindly.
