It was excellently done! After asking about a trip I received a phone call to discuss my likes and dislikes, what exactly my family wanted to do, the usual trip booking experience. What made this one unique was that when things became a bit demanding and complicated the agent was understanding every step of the way, we even all of our needs were met and fulfilled. Our trip was well thought out and seeing as how we were a bit demanding I know that it was customized just for us.
