I was in need of a Chinese business M type Multi entry visa due to job purpose. I was in a bit of a rush due to the start date with the new company as early as January 1, 2026. I specifically looked for Visa services in the San Francisco area due to my tax home location which meant I had to submit my application to the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco. Later reviewed that although my primary contact was from Texas, that did not have any impact on the processing speed which was incredible. And I eventually found Travel Visa Pro on Yelp which had an excellent rating and ranked number 3rd on the list. Although the rating was slightly lower than China Visa Service Center and Passport Depot, Travel Visa Pro had far more review (almost double) than the other two which most likely would drag down the rating a bit. Unlike China Visa Service Center which took 2 - 4 weeks to process, and Passport Depot didn't even pick up my call, Travel Visa Pro provided an expedite service and they delivered as promised. I contacted their San Francisco office on Dec 11 (Thursday) late afternoon. My first contact was their assistant Sharah Canillas who was responsive and professional. But as an order was placed on Dec 12 Friday morning and I received a link for their worksheet via email which required a bunch of items needed for the application as expected. My primary contact was the Executive Assistant (Order Manager) Lester Sison who was just professional as Sharah, if not more, and he did most of the work. He could be easily reached by phone and provided swift responses to my emails. And by noon on Dec 12th (Friday), not long after I submitted everything required by Travel Visa Pro's worksheet, I received an acknowledgement almost immediately. In the days followed, I received email notification every time when there was an update in the product status. On early Tuesday (Dec 16), my order was received and processing started. And by Wednesday (Dec 17) morning at 8:45am, I was informed by the Executive Assistant Lester Sison that I should be receiving the passport with the Chinese Business M Visa no later than Dec 19 (Friday). A FedEx Tracking number was provided via email. By Friday afternoon at 2:05pm, I got my passport back with the needed visa as Travel Visa Pro promised. Everything was working as expected and as advertised. Thank you Lester and Sharah, especially Lester, for your dedication to your work and professionalism which are hard to come by these days!
