Successfully booked 6 tickets to India. I was impressed by the pricing but initially skeptical as they are a new service. I verified my booking with the airline and received the tickets within the promised 8 days. I appreciate their customer service, although it took a while to get through on the phone, possibly due to the holiday season. You should definitely work on response times, but overall, I am very happy to be traveling at Christmas.
I hesitated after my bank blocked my payment, advising against proceeding with this service. Their price was too appealing, so I had a friend check their office, which was essentially a house. They issued my ticket in just 30 minutes, and I confirmed it with the airline. I highly recommend this service for their impressive pricing. However, adding an option to book directly online would save a lot of time, though I understand these are private fares. Keep up the great work!
