⭐ Misleading delivery promise and poor communication
I had a very disappointing experience with MD Computers.
I placed an order with a clearly mentioned “1-day delivery” promise. However, even after multiple days, the product was neither delivered nor dispatched, and I received no proper updates, tracking details, or proactive communication from their side.
Making attractive delivery promises and then failing to honor them—without any explanation—feels misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, the lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating.
I eventually had to cancel the order due to non-delivery. Based on my experience, MD Computers seriously needs to improve their delivery commitments and customer communication.

To my delight, it arrived in just 3 days. They kept me informed at every stage by providing tracking numbers and updating my order status on their site. The packaging was excellent, and the box was in perfect condition when it arrived.

New customers should be cautious—if you reconsider even shortly after ordering, you could lose money. Such policies are not customer-friendly and feel more like a trap than a service. I won’t be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed.

Once they received it, they denied my refund by claiming the product was damaged during testing, despite my providing evidence of its condition before returning. They seem to be engaging in deceptive practices by selling defective products. I have not received a refund and have filed a chargeback with my bank. I advise others to avoid this seller. I purchased a new motherboard elsewhere that works perfectly. I plan to take legal action to recover my funds. This has been a very negative experience.
