We bought a two day ski pass at mammoth mountain ca.
During our visit the ski area was closed due to extream weather and avalanche danger so we were unable to use it. We were first told the would refund the voucher cost but later said it was a final sale with no refunds. We were told to document the resort closing which we did but still no refund. We have been lied to and ignored.
