Highly disappointed with the service

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered a jacket on November 13, which was promised to arrive before Christmas. On December 23, I reached out about my $200 jacket, only to find out the delivery time was actually 10 weeks, with no options for refunds or exchanges. I provided a screenshot of the promised timeframe, but they claimed it didn’t apply to all items. When I asked to change the size for a different recipient, since I had to buy another gift, they refused.

Zero stars would be more accurate. I ordered a jacket on November 13, which was advertised to arrive before Christmas. On December 23, I messaged to say I hadn't received my $200 jacket. They responded with a claim of a 10-week delivery time and stated there were no refunds or exchanges. I sent a screenshot showing the promised delivery date, but they insisted it didn't apply to all items. When I asked to change the size for another recipient, since I had to buy a different gift, they denied my request.

Awful service and delays

Awful service and delays. I placed an order in May, with an estimated delivery in July. I ordered a hoodie to be sent to Spain since they don't deliver to my country. The item was shipped at the end of August—extreme delay. I had to change the delivery address, which I could not do in time after sending around five emails, receiving a response to only one. Ultimately, they refused to assist, and the package was returned. It was abandoned during the return process, and since then, I've been trying to find out why, but they completely ignore me. If you decide to order, expect no communication and significant delays.

Echoing others' experiences - an absolute scam! I don't usually listen to the artist, but my partner wanted a vinyl for Christmas and showed me the website. I ordered one on September 6, seeing it claimed to 'ship between 2-3 weeks.' After waiting the specified time, I grew concerned and looked up reviews, discovering many had similar issues. I emailed them, only to be told my information wasn't in their system, despite having received an email confirmation with my details. In conclusion, don't waste your time ordering from this disappointing service; a wealthy individual can't even ensure decent employee performance.

Disastrous shipping and customer service

I placed an order for a jersey on May 12. The website warned that shipping would take 10 to 12 weeks. At the 10-week mark, I sent multiple emails with no response. On September 4, I finally received an email stating my order had shipped. Thirteen days later, the package is still stuck in the same location with no updates. Terrible experience.

Shipping took longer than expected

People need to understand that many items sold are in presale, which means longer shipping times. I scheduled shipping for around 6-8 weeks, but it arrived after 15 weeks. If you're not ready to wait that long, it's best not to order. The quality is good, though it could be better for the price, but I appreciate the artist, so it doesn't bother me too much.

Unsatisfactory experience.

I ordered a hoodie on May 11 and was informed of an 8-week production time. Once the 8 weeks passed, I reached out to customer service and was told there was a production issue. Fair enough, but after a few weeks with no updates, I contacted them again and was told they were still within the 8-12 week timeframe. I agreed to wait longer, but received no further information until late August. I finally got a notification that it had shipped and received it 6-7 days later. The quality is solid, but the long wait and lack of communication ruined the experience. I ordered on May 11 and received it on September 4, which was unprecedented for me.

Production delays with no updates

There have been production delays on certain items. We're working to get them shipped as soon as possible, with hoodies expected to ship in September and other items by the end of that month. I received this response from customer support just two days after my inquiry. I ordered a specific item on May 15.
