Myself and Wife are travelling to see daughter who is shortly undergoing surgery.We had a flight booked but this was cancelled at short duty due to trouble in the Middle East.I was struggling to get a replacement flight.I contacted Travlock and spoke to Nigel.He did a wonderful job getting us fixed up with a replacement flight in very difficult circumstances. There is no doubt that Nigel went the 'extra mile' for us in getting us on a new flight taking into account that we did not want to take a flight which would take us anywhere near the ongoing Middle east troubled.
