We booked a package for Europe through a service for 12 days, including travel, hotel, and meals. Traveling with two kids, I would strongly advise against this group for family trips as the bus tours are exhausting and offer little time for sightseeing. Breakfast was always overcrowded, with food running out, and dinner arrangements were poorly managed. The bus was dirty and dusty; over the entire trip, it was never cleaned or vacuumed. Most of our time was spent rushing from place to place with no peace of mind. The tour manager was particularly unprofessional, often yelling and treating us like subordinates. She frequently arrived late, while the bus driver and she would eat on the bus, but children were not allowed to do so. There were daily disputes over seating and food, and the manager did not intervene when tensions rose, making it unsafe for women. If there were conflicts, she would favor certain individuals. The overall hygiene was unacceptable, and the manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional. While the itinerary looked good, there was no time to enjoy it properly. Having had great service in Dubai, this experience was a stark contrast. I recommend reading reviews before planning with children; be prepared for conflicts and a stressful environment. The manager was intolerant even for minor delays while often being late herself. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
