Dire service, lousy customer care

I have had repetitively awful experiences with this company over the course of this year. I can’t believe the number of positive reviews here; are they really genuine?? I’ve been with 2 previous clinics and have been a medical cannabis patient since early 2020.Communication from treat-it is awful, my mobile phone lists the number of unanswered calls after 20 minutes plus on hold. (Hint - if you call as a new patient the phone is answered more frequently and more promptly than the existing patient line.) My email inbox tells a sorry tale, month after month.Employees do not understand why the systems in place do not work well for patients and they don’t understand the differences in medications or why the ordering system can be problematic.The clinicians are generally pleasant and helpful, sadly they don’t run the clinic. The tech lets them down and I’ve been left in online waiting rooms 50 minutes whilst sending messages to the “live” WhatsApp chat. No one bothered to let me know that the clinician was unable to access the system. The only response from the WhatsApp chat, far too late, was completely irrelevant.Follow up appointment went exactly the same way. No one got in touch to say the scheduled appointment couldn’t happen. When the consult finally happened the oils I’m prescribed were not in stock and a week later I’m still waiting - no communication whatsoever from this clinic. I’ve found support diabolically lousy. The online formulary is geared towards vaping and supply of bud. I primarily take oils and 4/5 times I’ve tried to order they’re not in stock.I’ve spent 3 weeks attempting to get my prescription filled and failing. In my experience this clinic runs like a poorly stocked retail shop that hasn’t bothered with staff training.
