I ordered a large pup lounge orthopedic bed for my 40 pound beagle/lab. It’s a good size with plenty of room and easy to care for. Although the material isn’t very soft and does crinkle and makes plastic sounds when you lay on it, it is water resistant material so it’s understandable. It’s Just not comfortable - but once I added a blanket and some comfy pads on top of the bed my dog loved it. What I’m not happy with though, is that in less than 2 months the bed ripped at the seam in one corner of the bed where the entrance to enter is and it’s a very clean tear. My dog is not rough on her beds and doesn’t bite or chew or dig. She paws a bit until she gets comfortable but the location of the tear would be almost impossible for her to have done and it’s right in the crevice where the bolster part meets the bed. I’m not happy with such cheap manufacturing especially when I spent good money on this and it didn’t even last that long before ripping. Since I’m not under the 30 day period for returns/exchanges, the company offered me no help whatsoever. They simply stated there was nothing they could do outside of the 30 days. If the bed rips more it will become useless and hard to clean/wash. They make products that fall apart as soon as the 30 days is up.
