I ordered a bike from Tredz which was too big, and initially the return process felt straightforward and well handled. Communication at the beginning was clear, and I felt reassured the issue would be resolved.
However, things have since become very frustrating. There have now been two failed collection attempts by DHL, where they did not turn up, and despite being reassured by Tredz that this would be sorted, I am still waiting for the bike to be collected.
I’ve had to chase for updates, and there seems to be a lack of coordination between Tredz and DHL. At this point, it feels like the responsibility is falling on me as the customer, which shouldn’t be the case.
It’s disappointing, as the process started well, but the lack of follow-through and resolution is letting the experience down.
