Tredz "Packaging" is a Joke and that only the starters. Order purchase at discount, but RRP total would be some 2.5k

Out of 10 items ordered, only 4 arrived. The rest? A top level incompetence.

1. "Packaging" or Paper Waste?
My heavy order was split into two deliveries.

Part 1: A trashed, unsealed box with huge holes. 2 items inside, basically lucky to have some carboard attached to my order.
Part 2: No box at all. Just some brown tape wrapped around a few products. Again, 2 items.

The Result: 6 items missing. Tredz tried to blame DHL, but shipping such a heavy load in flimsy cardboard is a Tredz choice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the goods until they reach the customer. Own your failures.
When speaking to someone who claimed to be a manager, he had no basic grasp of consumer laws.

2. The "No Stock" Lie

After promising replacements that never came, Tredz claimed the items were "unavailable from the supplier." Fact Check: we called the brand’s supplier —they could supply tredz with replacements. From where I'm sitting - Tredz didn't "run out" per se; they just didn't want to fulfill the order. This is textbook deceptive marketing.

3. Basic Arithmetic Fail

When I finally gave up and asked for a refund, it arrived incomplete. I had to waste even more time on the phone just to get my own money back in full. Apparently, counting to 10 is as hard for Tredz as warehouse packing.

4. A Household Pattern
My partner has had multiple orders messed up this month too. This isn't a "one-off"; it's systemic. They bait customers with deals they have no intention of fulfilling, holding your cash for a week before the inevitable cancellation.

5. The "Copy-Paste" Circus

Don't be foolewd by the innevitable " Im sorry" reply you'll see bellow eventually. We've spent hours on the phone and exchanged endless emails . They only offer copy-paste apologies, never actual solutions.


Reputable shops are closing, leaving us with these rubbish chains that "enshittify" the cycling experience. As a household, we’ve had 10+ orders this month and not one was 100% satisfactory. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity— SHOP ELSEWHERE
